My uses for this tool as a security technician are for making holes larger that are too small, cleaning rough holes, making quick cuts in dry wall board, and fast 1/4" or larger new holes.

Saw Drills drill, enlarge and cut wood, plastics, soft metals and masonry boards. The shaft has cutter teeth that really chews into material from the side.
