RETURNS - Our policy for returns of goods or orders are:

• All returns must receive prior authorization
• Returned item(s) are subject to 15% restock fee
• We do not refund shipping charges nor pay for returned shipping
  
• If we made a mistake in fulfilling your order we waive fees
• Custom screwdriver orders cannot be canceled.
